What happens if your smart toilet breaks down?
Our technical department will evaluate the problem to determine the best course of action. In the vast majority of cases, potential problems are resolved by resetting the toilet, without the need for our Technical Support team.
How long does it take for Technical Service to repair a smart toilet?
Once our technical service has the spare part in stock, the normal time to complete the toilet repair is no more than 3 days.
Will I be unable to use the smart toilet while the service center repairs it?
In the event that the technical service needs to perform a repair that requires transporting the electronic part of the smart toilet, this is done at the end of the day so that the repair and installation can be completed the following day, minimizing the time you spend without being able to use your MIZUbath Japanese toilet.
